The Chateau

Pros: The house is beautifully furnished, and we loved having a bathroom for every bedroom upstairs! It swas wonderful for my whole family, and there was very little noise from other renters, so that was fantastic.

Cons: The description was very confusing. We thought we were getting 2 basement suites and the house, but we only ended up with one basement suite and the house. Since the booking is per room, it wasn't clear what we were going to have. We also asked for a crib and highchair to be in place when we arrvied, and those weren't there, but the owners provided them fairly quickly.

Pros: It was very modern and the bedrooms all had ensuites. Very comfortable. We had the main section of the house.

Cons: The fact that there was someone else living in the back of the house ( believe the owners mother), with only a lock door between us. The lock was on the other side to us. This meant that they had free rein over the house when we were absent. At stage we heard the door unlock and the next the elderly woman was in our kitchen. We could hear if she sneezed or was cooking or had music on. We had not set the alarm when we to dinner as absolutely no instructions had been left for us. On our arrival back the alarm was set off by one of group think that the front door had already been unlocked. Rang owner for alarm code to disarm. Went to voice mail next the woman walked into kitchen with phone, which was the owner with the code. He was not impressed with the alarm going off.

Pros: Plenty of rooms for kids to play and for family to relax and chit chat. Kitchen facility is awesome. Bed is very comfortable. The whole access process is simple and smooth. A very nice stay and will definately recommended.

Cons: The place is perfect if you also rent a car. If not, then it is a bit not convenience in taking public transit.

Decent and safe place to stay for the money

Pros: Space was good. Bedding spotless. Area was easily accessible. Good range of utensils crockery and cutlery.

Cons: Bath could have been cleaner and there were only used, dirty cleaning cloths for washing up in the kitchen area. Went to iron, but although there was an ironing board never found the iron.

Pros: nice big rooms, barbecue outside, big kitchen every bedroom had a comfirtabke barh, many balconies,beautiful view to the city

Pros: Everything was just perfect and beyond expectations. The communication was great, the apartment was very clean and had a wonderful experience. I will recommend it to everyone!

Pros: Comfortable and pleasant to live in. Facilities are very complete and location is very convenient. Owner was very helpful with our requests.

Cons: Leftover food from previous tenants were left in the fridge. Some were opened and consumed halfway.

I wish I had booked to stay longer.

Pros: It was very clean, modern and much nicer than I had anticipated for the price that I paid.

Heerlijke ruime woning

Pros: Prachtige, ruime woonruimte en slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. Voor vragen is de eigenaar goed bereikbaar.

Cons: Het huis ligt vlakbij een drukke weg; slapen met open ramen is een uitdaging maar op verzoek kan de airco aangezet worden door de eigenaar en kan je dus de ramen sluiten.
