Pros: The location was fantastic, host was easy to communicate with and prompt. It's in a quite neighborhood and very walkable to beaches and cafe. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a short trip and will come back in the future.

Super comfortable and easy to navigate..

Pros: I liked the clean space. The place had a nice atmosphere as you walked in.

Cons: The instructions to get in to the house could have been clearer.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Room is small (better for for one person than for two), but everything is very good, clean, and convenient. Excellent washroom. We used a kitchen a bit and it was nice to have a kitchen. Also is very convenient location both for a person with a car (lot of parking space) or with those who use public transit (two bus routes just around the corner and two more route a bit further away. Walking distance from shops and restaurants of Broadview. And in general this part of Vancouver is extremely nice for staying.

Cons: It would be nice to have some hooks for hanging outer cloth. After a rain, there was some noise from water drops, which caused us a bad sleep (no issues during a rain or dry weather)
