Pros: The staff were very friendly and kind. Check in/check out was fast. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts! There were so many different options and very delicious! The kids really liked the pool, although I thought it was quite small and crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Impressive large high quality rooms and breakfast

Pros: Staff was very kind and accommodating as we came in extremely late. The room was large, clean full of amenities and an enjoyable shower. The beds were very comfortable and large complimentary breakfast was highly appreciated.

Cons: The hotel entrance was hard to find as we got lost several times and it's a little bit outside the city. Make sure to find the back road into the hotel beside Ford car company- Don't get stuck on highway 2 and drive many kilometers north like us.

Exceptional service, facility, location and BREAKFAST.

Pros: Check in was quick, exceptional greeting and processing by receptionist. Lovely young lady, very knowledgeable. Stay was perfect. Room was quiet, clean and modern. Enjoyed watching the ducks and their ducklings on the pond. Late check out went smooth. Hospitality was wonderful from our cleaning lady to the receptionist at the front desk. Wonderful people!

Lovely stay, will be back!

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and friendly, did their best to help with our requests.

Cons: A little silly, but having step stools for toddlers to brush their teeth would be helpful.

This is an excellent, friendly, clean and comfortable hotel at a good price.

Pros: We were so pleased with this hotel. Any staff we interacted with were extremely pleasant and smiling and chatting with us. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the breakfast area was big and spacious with a wide selection of food. The location, we found, was perfect as it is a bit out of the way, and not near the main shopping area in Airdrie, so very quiet! Excellent value for what you are getting in a hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. This was one of the very best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Good value

Pros: It was a substantial breakfast with lots of options, it was hot, and it was well stocked. The room was clean, except for carpet stains. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. i appreciated and was surprised by the water machine.

Cons: There was a strong smell of chlorine bleach, which at least indicates that things are clean. The air was dry, perhaps it was simply that I am not accustomed to prairie air or it may have been the heating/cooling system. My husband cleaned the filters in the air conditioner as they were very dirty.
