Excellent value at a great price

Pros: Very clean, bed was very comfortable and the front end staff lady was very nice. The overall value for the price paid was excellent. I will stay here again.

One of best motels

Pros: Exceptionally clean room, liked the table in the room, microwave., coffee and banana for breakfast. Staff were awesome. Wish all motels were this nice.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the kitchenette, table and bench.

Pros: - the staff was super nice. - They asked how many key cards I needed. - They had options for vending machines. - the accessibility parking was close to the entrance with a ramp available - the bathroom switch controlled both the light and bathroom exhaust - this isn't often something I see

Cons: - It was a bit loud located at the elevator - they didn't notify about the parking lot repair - having to park on the street next to a busy area where trucks are turning - the light switches were confusing (some operated different lights; they were not intuitive) - the lighting was too cold and not comfortable - the washroom toilet paper holder was awkward - the towel holder was placed in an awkward place, having to step out of the tub, making the floor wet - the tub flexed in the centre, making it an unstable surface - there were only black out curtains and no sheer curtains, forcing you to have a dark room - the hotel door lock didn't properly lock, you had to pull it in towards you to be able to get the lock to engage - the outdoor electrical outlets were missing the insulation to prevent water from seeping in; some had broken tabs that could injure fingers - guests had left food in the corridor, making it a tripping hazard. When speaking with a staff member they said you can drop off garbage outside. From an ergonomic standpoint, I'd recommend having a space where guest can drop off food waste to avoid this sort of build up - parking lot repair equipment was left unattended which could result in anyone playing with it or wildlife getting into the tar - large vehicles (U-Haul) parked in the parking lot, making it difficult to maneuver. I recommend having a designated space for larger vehicles. There were other items identified, I will try to reach out to management to provide more information. Overall, I don't think this is a bad hotel, it's pleasant. Just some minor things that need to be corrected for a more enjoyable stay.

Great place

Pros: I liked the kitchenette in the room and that it was pet friendly. Rooms were clean. Gym was great, and the pool was nice.

Cons: The outside of the hotel could use a face lift.

Comfortable motel with pool

Pros: Very friendly staff! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and whirlpool are a nice extra!

Cons: The minifridge in the room makes a lot of noise, which was annoying during the night.

We had a comfortable stay with no complaints. We would stay here again.

Pros: Our room was cleaned each day. The lobby, elevator even parking lot were clean. making you feel very comfortable. We had a good experience.

Cons: There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pros: Hot tub and pool where good and staff very friendly
