Pros: Great place for the price, 10/10, I'll happily go back

Cons: The washing machines were free, but the instructions were terrible, difficult to use, and the night staff didn't know how to use them - they gave me coins, which I needlessly put in the machines. Another guest showed me what to do.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, affordable, the gym has enough in it to have a decent workout

Cons: We stay here a lot. Most times it smells like Marijuana or strong vape in the hallways, but never in the rooms. That's one thing I'd like to have changed

Pros: The room, and bed, dining room and evening meal, general appearance of the foyer.

Cons: Front desk receptionist curt and not very friendly. Bathroom should have grab bars for the bath.

Pros: The staff are very helpful and nothing is any trouble

Cons: I thought the elevators could do with some maintenance. Buttons worked but on one elevator, wouldn't light up when you pressed. Hallway carpets looked tired.
