Convenient overnight stay

Pros: The room was available at short notice. It was clean and breakfast included was convenient and helped us on our way. The room was well appointed with amenities in the bathroom and coffee making in the room.

Cons: The breakfast was simple with plastic / cardboard utensils. A very throw away breaky without any recycling available. The room was quite dark - need more lamps

Pros: Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.

Cons: A strong exhaust smell from vehicles left running outside coming through the heating unit.

Pros: Clean environment and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Would love the breakfast hours to be extended to 10:00 am daily and not just on weekends and statutory holidays.

Worthwhile to pay

Pros: The room was clean, the hot water was strong, and the heater worked well. The hotel doesn’t automatically provide disposable items like toothbrushes or toothpaste, so it’s best to bring your own, but you can always ask the front desk if you forgot. Breakfast met the basic expectations, and I appreciated the self-serve hot water and coffee. The room also had a microwave, and the front desk service was very good

Pros: It was very easy to find. Clean comfortable friendly. Breakfast was very tasty.

Cons: Nothing negative to say.

Great value option for a stop over

Pros: Very friendly reception staff. Free parking. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Had gym but didn’t have time to use. Offered breakfast but we left too early to try it.

Pros: This hotel was clean and confortable.The breakfast was ok, but would benefit more fruits and cheese. The whole place was welcoming and perfect for activities in Banff/Glaciers. It is less expensive than the popular areas, butstill very convenient to access them in 45min-1h drive. The location is good, close to amenities, restaurants and groceries. The views from the room were beautiful! Right over the mountains. There is a gym and pool area, which we didn't use at all, but looked very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed were very confortable, and the AC/heating system was easy to use. I appreciated the toileteries, mini refrigerator, coffee machine and hairdryer. There was a safe in the closet which was very convenient. We had two queen beds and the room was very spacious.

Cons: However, it is obvious that smoking was previsouly allowed because the smell is still very present. Unfortunately, we had to wash all our clothes because it was very bad. This hotel would really benefit from tearing up the carpet all over the building, and starting over with new flooring. I would not recommend if someone suffers from asthma or has severe smell disguss.

Cons: NO ice in any of ice machines at all floors‼️

Pros: Great service at front desk. Clean room. Nearby restaurants.

Cons: Breakfast was okay. Not piping hot. Great coffee!
