The bed was a glorious respite after a day of travel.

Pros: Due to a change in my credit cards, which i used to book through a third-party app, I arrived to learn my room wasn't reserved. The staff member booked me into a room near my friend's room and signed me up for the points program to reduce the room's cost.

Pros: The staff were friendly to the point of being charismatic. The breakfast was very good and the beds were super comfortable. The best sleep I had on the whole trip.

Cons: There was no water in the room and the vending machine took our money and would not give it back. We put $3 in and the machine said we had $1 credit but would return no change and dispense no water.

Nice and did the job.

Pros: I loved the hospitality that Teresa provided, she put a smile on our faces and gave us everything we needed. We had a long journey ahead of us but she made us kickstart it with a smile. Attentive and polite! A real gem at the Best Western.

Cons: The swimming pool was full of kids even during the adults only slot.
