Pros: Friendly manager, his duties are over stretched. Helpful house keeper despite the barrier.

Cons: Not finding reception staff when needed. Provide atleast mobile connection to the on duty person.

Very good for the value.

Pros: The shower/pressure of water was fantastic. Hot water was consistent as well. Staff were very friendly, & the food at the restaurant was excellent.

Cons: The use of keys is outdated & should be updated for security & convenience.

Pros: Staff were very accommodating and kind. When my room didn't have a fridge as advertised they brought one up for me (thank you so much!)

Cons: My room wasn't ready on time, but they kindly accommodated me having a shower before I had to head to an appointment.
