Pros: The staffs were very warm. The meeting room was perfect and had all we needed. Pool was warm.

My family enjoyed our stay - swimming and breakfast were great.

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again because of its cleanliness, nice warm pool and good breakfast. It is also convenient for us due to its location at the west end of Lloyd.

Cons: An earlier check-in time to make more use of the pool would be nice. However, on our stays we were allowed to check in early.

I've now stayed here a couple of times and I would recommend it!

Pros: This is a nice hotel - the room was nice and clean, staff were pleasant, breakfast was very good, and the location was great - quiet area, with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Cons: The A/C in the room was a bit noisy.

Excellent stay. Will stay again on my next visit

Pros: Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff were very polite and cheerful. Hotel layout is really nice. Hotel decor is really nice. Hotel is well maintained and very clean.

Cons: Bed mattress was not the best. Pillows didn’t provide any neck support. Sound proofing between rooms. I could hear the snoring of the guest next to me 😊
