Pros: Booking.com confirmed our booking by email, but it was not to be found upon arrival a couple days later. Front desk sorted it out and luckily they had room. Something fell apart, this is the second time we have experienced this, so I always carry paper and email confirmation of booking, because hotel would be under no obligation to find us a room. Verify your booking with hotel!

Pros: Location was excellent, staff were friendly and we enjoyed the water slide and pool. The pool was comfortable temperature the kids and I spent hours swimming.

Excellent and great value

Pros: Came for sports tournament in June and July. Very clean, nice staff and room was great. Loved dishwasher and full size fridge

Wonderful stay with top notch service.

Pros: The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I requested to use the business centre later in the day, after I checked out, and they were very happy to oblige. I was able to conduct my online meeting well after check out times.

Cons: The wall heater blew cold air all night...even though the room itself was warm, this cold air caused a breezy uncomfortable environment.
