Very Comfortable Stay.

Pros: Grateful for a peaceful & comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, well cared for, & thoughtfully managed. The staff showed genuine hospitality, making the experience truly pleasant. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

Cons: The check-in process was efficient; however, the receptionist was quite straight-faced. A more welcoming approach could enhance the guest experience..

Will stay again

Pros: Amazing breakfast! Great selection Hot tub was not hot and the jets are very weak. Most parents want good heat and jets while the kiddos play!

Cons: Lack of towels in pool area 3 days in a row. Had to keep walking to front desk. Asked for kleenex and toilet paper for our room and housekeeping didn't replace. Ended up running to front desk at 10pm.

Cons: Room doesn't have smart TV, bed in king suite is is actually smaller than king size, the hot tub wasn't hot enough

Bed was a little wore out and close to needing to be replaced

Pros: Didn't have breakfast, location right beside train tracks although didnt hear train in middle of the night

Cons: I had a 6x12 trailer on and only parking was over where thieves could easily access. Also you have no security cameras??? Or security personnel??? Was not happy about that
