Quality Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport

Simple and clean, friendly service, easy shuttle, you’ll get your money’s worth.

Pros: It’s exactly what it advertises: a clean and cheap hotel very close to the airport with a free shuttle. A bonus was the clerk working the night shift, who was kind and helpful. Free breakfast was nice. It felt like a time capsule from the late 1980’s, except with a very modern flat-screen TV. I would definitely stay here again if I had to do another layover like this one.

Cons: I mean, it’s dated but you get what you pay for. It’s still very clean. The breakfast was basically packaged foods like Raisin Bran, muffins, fruit, and bagels, but again, for the price I was not complaining.

Pros: I love this hotel. Whenever I fly into Edmonton. They serve a great breakfast. They have a weightroom facility with a sauna and all staff are so respectdul and professional.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and pillow choices were great. Loved the restuarant connected to the hotel.

Cons: The noisy heating/cooling vent that came on periodically was very noisy. It disrupted my sleep. Also the cost of the parking was as much as I would have paid with Park and Fly...$8 a day.

Pros: I like the powerful shower, haha, I like the free shuttle to the airport too, big room pretty comfortable & clean living. 😊

Cons: The furnitures not as good as 5 stars, but can compete with 3-4 stars. Elevator is a bit far distance from the front desk.

Pros: The hotel was easy reachable just off one of the main highways and in close proximity to the airport. Front counter staff as well as the housekeeping staff was very thorough, friendly and open to help with any inquiries. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided (fridge, microwave, coffee maker...). In combination with the included breakfast (yummy) and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, the value for the price is phenomenal. I will happily return.

Cons: Replace the single use cutlery and plates at the breakfast area with reusable ones.

Pros: The food at JT's was excellent! 😊 Clean rooms. Quiet.

Cons: The gentleman at the front desk refused to believe the communication error with my credit card was the hotel's machine, not my card, despite my using the card with no problems in the restaurant less than 5 minutes after securing a room via online booking with the same card. He was not very helpful, and refused cash as payment.

Pros: I liked the easy check in, the room was nice and clean and comfortable, the food from JTs bar and grille attached to the hotel was most excellent. I reccomend their poutine dish !

Cons: The room next door echoed into my room when they flushed the toilet next door, but not a big deal..

Pros: Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We had connected rooms for us and the kids, which was great but the doors stuck horribly between them. It was quiet, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons: The shower heads need a serious upgrade.
