Absolutely brilliant!!!!
Pros: The room is beautiful. Sat next to the window watching Revelstoke wake up. The menu had plenty to choose from and it was well done and delicious. Serves staff was very good.
Cons: My stay should have been longer. Cant think of a negative point about the entire stay and process.

Manhattan style boutique stay in downtown Revelstoke
Pros: This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations and felt like we had escaped to a trendy Manhattan hotel. The ratio of amenities and common areas to rooms was exceedingly generous. An entire floor dedicated to amenities! The whole hotel and rooms were immaculately decorated. Included breakfast was delicious. Shower had the best water pressure. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Revelstoke.
Cons: A few slightly noisy items in the rooms like the fridge, automatic bidet toilet, AC, and the room doors shut loudly. This is the only complaint. Otherwise, the place is perfect.

Amazing!
Pros: Amazing spa facilities (including sauna, steam room, plunge pool, roof hot tub), beautiful boutique rooms, access to a shared lounge, lovely helpful staff! Would 1000% stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
Cons: Restaurant attached to hotel wasn’t my favourite - it wasn’t bad by any means and breakfast was included with the room and a la carte, but that’s the only thing I feel could have been improved.

Perfect location for exploring Revelstoke.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and really cosy. It was in a perfect location in the middle of the town for exploring and going to different bars and restaurants. The room was amazing and had been decorated to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable. We ate in the adjoining restaurant twice (dinner and breakfast) which was very handy. There were lots of facilities such as a TV room and spa but we didn't use any of them. There was parking at the back of the hotel which was great. We were only here one night but wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They also messaged us before we arrived to see if there was anything we needed and if we would like to reserve a table at their restaurant which we were very grateful for as we had been driving a lot that day.
Cons: The parking is very obvious so we had to go in and double check as there are two car parks at the back and one of them is off limits for guests.

Unexpected magnificence in Revelstoke
Pros: Everything! We wished we could put the whole room and bathroom including the Japanese loo in a suitcase to journey on with us as we continued our trip! Perfect comfortable home from home. No. Even better. From the fluffy pillows and billowing bedding to the generous Aesop toiletries and hot tub. Best night’s sleep in Canada so far and we have been here nearly two weeks. Loved everything.
Cons: We are afraid that the Quartermaster as an associated breakfast offering and restaurant just didn’t live up to the magnificence of Eleven Revelstoke. We didn’t enjoy the limited à la carte offering for breakfast (no yogurt, no fruit, no pastries (and when we were there, no jam!) but we appreciate that the menu was perhaps catering more for hungry heli-skiers than moderate European hikers. Dinner was OK. But this isn’t a review of Quartermaster, merely how it detracted from the overall enjoyment of the accommodation. If breakfast hadn’t been included we would have gone elsewhere

Exceptional, small boutique hotel which was of a very high quality
Pros: The property significantly exceeded our expectations. It was a relatively last minute booking and we stayed for just one night. I think we were lucky to get it as someone had cancelled. The rooms and hotel are beautifully appointed, high quality fittings and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The front of house staff were excellent on arrival and throughout our brief stay. Breakfast is included and again was of a high quality. They were also happy to adapt to some specific requests. The shared lounge, outside roof terrace, hot tub, sauna and steam room were of good quality and a welcome addition. Also despite it being in the centre of Revelstoke, we had no issues with noise despite our room facing the Main Street.
Cons: A very minor issue, we felt they were keeping the hot tub at too high a temperature. We mentioned it to the front of house team on checkout, who were going to check it out.

Amazing , minus the check out experience
Pros: Facilities, furniture/decor, cleanliness, breakfast and bathroom products where all of the highest standards. I loved the boutique vibe and the 3rd floor is something special for sure! We were lucky that the hotel was quiet in August and it felt like we had the hotel tub, plunge poo,l sauna and movie area all to ourselves. The staff were super friendly also and the hotel fragrance was amazing!
Cons: When I was checking out, I was encouraged to give a tip on the check out form with options of 8% minimum. Given the room was already over $410 and i was only staying 1 night- there's no service that I needed to avail of other than checking in and the included breakfast. It felt cheeky. If I had asked for help planning an activity etc I would understand but I felt i had to tip for just checking in and having my breakfast that I already paid for. I tipped 10% as nobody wants to give the minimum when someone is staring at you and then proceeds to watch which box you tick before signing out of the hotel. I couldn't just leave, they explained they needed my signature (and a tip first) whereas most hotels theres a contact free check out experience. Maybe this is a new thing but I've never been asked to tip checking out of a hotel before. I still loved the hotel and will stay again, it just felt a bit pushy and tainted what would've been a perfect experience.

Upscale boutique hotel well worth a visit.
Pros: Upscale boutique hotel. Friendly staff, nice hot tub and sauna. Lot of sitting area's. Good breakfast
Cons: Lack of plant based meat for breakfast. limited selections. most of all disliked the suggestion when checking out to leave a tip based on the total amount of the stay. Never had that before. Never want that again!

The most enjoyable stay & possibly one of the most accommodating, relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in.
Pros: From the hotel to the staff, Eleven Revelstoke was exceptional in every way! A most enjoyable stay & possibly one of the most accommodating, relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in. The on-site restaurant was also exceptional providing delicious breakfasts, meals & apres ski drinks & light bites. Thank you all at Eleven for a wonderful experience!
