Ticked all the boxes

Pros: This hotel ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay near the airport. Good shuttle service, lovely room and great staff. Near the train stop if we’d had time to go into the city.

Pros: Very pleased with our stay. The hotel and room are extremely clean and the breakfast was exceptional with some amazing servers who were very attentive. We appreciate how close the hotel is to the airport, and the shuttle service was right on time to take us back to YVR. Very efficient! We will stay again next time we visit Vancouver.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The location is very good with the sky train station 3 minutes walk ahead on the Canada Line. The room is spacious and bright.

Cons: The housekeeping although very good but somehow forgetful , that is, something missing daily. The breakfast is a la carte , although good , would be nice to have more choices .

Good place to stay before a flight

Pros: Staff were friendly, convenient location tot he airport.

Cons: Pillows were not very comfortable and the room and hallway had a strong smell of cleaning products which were over powering.

Pros: Great hotel for a layover between flights. Comfortable and quiet. We really appreciated the free shuttle trip and from the airport.

Cons: We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years and noticed this time that the restaurant prices have really increased. I mean $30 for a hamburger??? Yikes. And there are no other restaurants nearby. So be prepared for that.

Excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Room size was large and had a great view. The pillows are extremely comfortable and amazing! Staff were friendly and professional. Happy Hour was great as well. Swimming pool was nice and change room extremely facilities were exceptionally clean. Overall, 5 stars!

Great location and service.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. Surprisingly good location, within walking distance to some fantastic Asian restaurants at reasonable prices. The shuttle bus service was smooth and got us from and to the airport efficiently.

Cons: It was a bit pricey, so I only booked one night.
