Wonderful find for a birthday getaway

Pros: The location was great. The suite was beautifully appointed, and having the welcome video was so helpful. We especially appreciated the sauna.

Cons: Everything was great. I think the bathroom fan was out of order in our suite ( top floor #2), so we used the window to let steam escape.

Romantic place in the heart of town

Pros: We liked the way access to the unit was set up - easy and secure. The unit was also located at the back of the Inn facing the internal courtyard. Also liked the furnishings - obviously, a lot of thought had gone into the interior decoration. The information in the folder was quite helpful in understanding what amenities were nearby.

Cons: A bit noisy at night from the unit above us. It would also have been handy to have had a small broom to clean the floor of fall leaves.

A delightful and relaxing luxury property. We loved it.

Pros: A lovely property, right in the centre. All facilities were excellent.

Perfect. Good location very close to everything. Good cafe for breakfast within 5 minutes walk.

Well situated, clean, and cute holiday suite.

Pros: The welcome email we were sent with directions, activities, and places to eat was awesome and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Suite was very clean and well maintained. When we had a question, Karina was very quick to come up and help us.

Cons: The towels were very hard and actually hurt your skin. The welcome email noted that Netflix was on Telus channel 422. However, there were no telus channels and Netflix was through the Samsung remote. Telus remote statement should be removed, as it is confusing. There were quite a few hairs on the pillows. However, they looked clean and I wonder if it was transfered from headboard.

Quiet, cozy, and convenient

Pros: Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfy. Beds were lovely. Self check-in was easy and convenient. Slippers were provided if you wanted to head to the sauna/hot tub, which was a nice touch.

Cons: Some of the plug-ins didn't work, so we had to try a few out. Wasn't a big issue though, we had enough power.

Pros: Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Cons: We booked for 2 adults and our 16 yr old daughter. Once her disabled was unfolded there was very little room to move. The dining table was rather squashed in a corner. It would have been great for just the 2 adults however!

Pros: The location was convenient for all the amenities, really clean and well appointed, with a friendly welcome.

Cons: We loved it. I regret not using the hot tub and sauna.

Great house in good location !

Pros: Big clean room. huge bed, great big TV with Netflix. big bath. lots of windows with great fly nets so you could have great fresh air. easy walk to bars and restaurants. good looking property with lovely view to harbour from number three. good parking out front on drive. good lighting. sauna and hot tub in back garden if wanted. lovely bottle of quality wine left for us!! lovely touch!!

Cons: nothing to dislike about this one!!
