Our room provided us with a great view & the facility was very welcoming.

Pros: Room was located in the main hotel. Room was very comfortable with a great view. Staff was very helpful & pleasant.

Cons: Unfortunately the hot tubs/pool weren't available on our first day there due to an issue. Then the other days it was stormy with rain so not really good for using those facilities.

Didn't disappoint

Pros: Modern, comfortable, beautiful views. Full kitchen. Big bathroom with heated floors and robes. Liked the hot tubs and weight room. Didn't use the pool.

Cons: The towels felt rough enough to be exfoliating. The pool towels were very small. Restaurant prices were high.

Pros: The views were amazing, the staff especially front desk were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and we had everything we needed.

Cons: If I had to pick it be the food options. The BBL restaurant has only two vegetarian options on the menu and they're both salads... Which in November isn't what you're really looking for. I ended up just having a side of fries... Just a bit disappointing, so wouldn't recommend the restaurant in the hotel to other veggies, but it didn't ruin our experience and the cocktails were great!

Pros: Location, comfortable bed, large well-appointed bathroom.

Cons: My wife is allergic to pets and it appears our room had had a pet in it.

Beautiful location and very comfortable rooms.

Pros: Beautiful location - very nice bathroom and the suite overall was nice. Great view.

Cons: More comfortable outside seating area on our deck. Pools looked like they could use an upgrade.

Really nice hotel with stunning views.

Pros: Great place to stay in Ucluelet right on the rock edge which gives stunning views of the sea. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need including a fire place which was nice.
