Mountain Side Hotel Whistler by Executive

Outstanding staff and location. Cant beat it.

Pros: Incredible staff and management. Very attentive. The location is one of the best in Whistler.

Cons: Communal areas and rooms a little tired and dated and the property is due a little love.

Would definitely stay here again

Pros: Location is amazing for the ski lifts. We got a family suite which was huge and comfortable

Pros: This is the second time I stayed at this Hotel. I love the location and facilities provided. Also, on my first night there was a beeping in my room, and a girl from staff sorted it out quickly and without any hesitation. I really appreciate all the help provided. Also I love the fireplace close to my bed!

Cons: There is nothing I did not like, but the pool area would be more enjoyable with additional furniture instead of just having chairs.

Pros: The Queen Suite is very spacious. Amazed with the private sauna room. Staff are responsive and very helpful. Location is excellent.

Cons: It would be better to provide bench or chairs in the ski room so customers can put on the ski equipments, especially ski boots more comfortably.

Great stay overall but gym facilities were lacking recover tools

Cons: Hot tub was only warm and not hot Gym facilities were poor, would be great to see more recovery tools such as foam rollers and tennis balls for stretching and massage use

Pros: We like that maintenance came right away to solve our issue. Price of room was reasonable.

Cons: No pool but it's because they made the decision to renovate. However, the price was reasonable.

Pros: The hotel is located in the Whistler Village which makes exploring the area convenient. Also it was great value for money, especially considering there is a private sauna. There are 2 bathrooms and all facilities are available as mentioned.

Cons: Nothing. It was one of my best hotel stays and I have been in quite a few now.

Pros: Facilities and room is very clean. Friendly staff and comfortable stay all in all.

Cons: We traveled with a toddler and uses a stroller. The hotel does not have a ramp for stroller at the entrance. Parking is also 30 dollars a night.

Pros: Room was excellent. Quiet, clean, much more spacious than I expected, and we loved the in-room sauna.

Cons: There is a little bit of peeling paint that needs an update, but it was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely accommodation, friendly staff. Lovely location.

Cons: Expensive, but all accommodation in this area is expensive.
