Heartwood Inn

Pros: The attention to detail, the unique decor, and charm.

Pros: Everything was very cute, clean, and esthetically pleasing. The host was very welcoming and bright. Beautiful location. This place is my in my number one top stay in all of alberta

Pros: Very cute little inn. Friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. There was a lot of construction in town when we were there so we walked a fair amount. It was a quick walk to the big dinosaur, downtown, and restaurants.

Lovely and friendly inn is a lot more personal than a hotel chin.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and nice. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Drumheller.

A great place to stay

Pros: This place was a great find. The room was clean, nicely furnished and a good size. The staff were all fantastic, I wish I could have stayed longer than just 1 night. While breakfast is not included, it was delicious and well worth the extra cost (which wasn't too much considering how good it was). Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Drumheller, you really can't go wrong with it.

Fun, easy, would stay again.

Pros: The people were kind and explained everything we needed when we arrived. The room was nice with a unique layout. The shower was great.

Cons: Pillows were comfortable but a big thin for our preference. That was minor though.

Pros: I loved the house, the staff. The room was very clean and felt comfortable to be in. The breakfast I ordered was outstanding, good bang for your buck ❤️

Cons: The door to my room is on the outside and unfortunately it is an older door with no proper seal around it. So I found a lot of spiders, box elder bugs, months etc would make their way in. These are new owners and I am sure they will be fixing these minor issues sooner than later.

A relaxing, comfortable stay - will definitely be back

Pros: The friendly welcome (great customer service!), fresh muffins, fruit and tea and coffee, being able to access the car directly from the back door of our room without having to go through the inn, a peaceful night's sleep

Cons: A very minor point but as someone with arthritic knees I am finding it harder to climb in and out of baths without assistance, but as I travelled with a partner this was not a problem

Friendly and quiet place to rest your head right in the middle of town - very convenient.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Inn was full of character with a friendly crowd. I paid extra for breakfast and boy was I happy about this, even though it already came with unlimited coffee and snacks! I had my own terrace and separate entrance to my room - with an amazing bathroom with all the toiletries I needed, from cotton buds, to clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc. I well equipped BnB - would gladly stay again.

Cons: Not a lot to improve, it was a lovely stay!

Generally a very good & nice stay & accommodations.

Pros: Perfect Location, right downtown Drumheller, easy to find & get to. The actual Inn bldg & grounds were very nice. Room was very nice, bathroom & really awesome shower were newly-renovated and very clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were clean & very comfortable. The covered deck/patio, yard, dino statues, etc. were really nice/neat/cool. I only had a very brief one-night stay here (attended Blue Rodeo concert Sunday night August 11 at the Amphitheatre) and did not have time to enjoy the entire property, but I will definitely stay here again & hope to use and enjoy the Inn/yard/patio alot more. I understand that the Inn was very recently purchased and is under new mgmt, and the new owners/staff were very friendly & seemed very eager to improve things and make guests' stay even more better.

Cons: Minor issue: There was an unpleasant odour when walking through the upstairs hallway. I realize the Inn is very old so it may just be an \
