Great location for a hockey parent

Pros: My son had a hockey tournament two blocks from the hotel. And the hotel accommodated my mom's small dog. And she was able to get to the room with no problem.

Pros: Good hotel for a night. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Stuff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Would come again.

Great accomodation, bring your own bedrail

Pros: The location suited us perfectly, parking was plentiful. Breakfast was a good variety

Cons: The bed was very comfortable but the bed bases are dangerously high. Restless sleepers could have real injuries if they rolled onto the concrete floors. Older guests may be having trouble getting in and out of the beds.

Pros: Hotel was in a convenient location for our onward travel to Victoria very clean and helpful friendly staff pillows were a bit weird about 2 foot square so not sure what that's about. Breakfast was OK for free. Overall would stay there again

Pros: The hotel is excellent: clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, though we did miss having some sausages. But we liked that cherries were included among the fruits. The location is very convenient—about a 15-minute drive to downtown Kelowna. There’s also a delicious buffet right next to the hotel, where you can enjoy a great lunch or dinner without having to worry about anything.

Great Stay with Awesome Breakfast and a Relaxing Hot Tub — Highly Recommend!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here and were happy we chose this place. The breakfast was awesome — we loved it! Relaxing in the hot tub after a long, tiring day was a highlight for us. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Cons: We honestly don’t recall anything we didn’t like during our stay — everything was great! The only suggestion we have is to consider giving families with young kids a ground-floor room, if possible. It would help avoid any disturbance to others in case the little ones are running or jumping around. We did experience some noise from the room above us, but the receptionist handled it quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with the way it was taken care of.
