Would gladly stay here again

Pros: Clean as a whistle, very friendly helpful staff, comfy beds, very convenient plug access for phones & laptop, great on site Lounge/Restaurant with awesome service and food.

Pros: It was extremely hot in the room on the 2nd floor. Had the heat turned off and the window wide open in February.

Pros: I was greeted with a friendly face and the staff was very professional and courteous. The room was outstanding, clean and comfortable 👍. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Good location about 20 km east of Jasper National Park. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant for evening meal. Good shopping centre opposite for bulk supplies. No Traffic noise in bedroom from Route 16.

Surprisingly perfect

Pros: Tracy was the evening front desk agent and she went above and beyond to get me on the 1st floor as the elevator was out of order. I have mobility issues so hiking up to the 3rd floor was not something I wanted to do. The restaurant that is attached is The Wood Cutter and the food was great. If you like good hearty pub food, this is your place. Our server at lunch was Lindsey and she was fabulous. Felt like I was talking to family. We loved it so much, we went back for dinner. Morgan was our server and she was great too. If though she was a bit busy, she took time to chat and made us feel welcomed.

Cons: The only complaint I can come up with is the bed was a little too soft for my liking. Other than that, no complaints.

We was expecting a lot of noise for the hiway but in the room we never heard nothing

Pros: The room was small but we never stay in a room for entertaining but for one night it was perfect and th beds were really comfortable

Cons: The bathroom was roomy but the placement of thedoor made it difficult the move around

Great place to stay in Hinton

Pros: Our favourite place to stay in Hinton. Room has everything you need with a comfortable king sized bed, and a proper shower with a rain shower. And excellent muffins at breakfast time.
