Good value for money

Pros: Very friendly staff Access to hot water, tea/coffee fixings 24hrs

Cons: Rooms can have a bit of a musty smell & windows don't open

Good value for money.

Pros: Value for money, easy to get to, close to main highway and other facilities. Had a nice smell unlike one of the other motels we stayed at in Whitecourt.

Cons: door locks very tempermental both times we stayed there which is frustrating. Breakfast this time wasn’t as good as on first stay. Wasn’t as warm and the waffle batter was very thin and even though I sprayed the waffle maker very well with the spray, both waffles stuck and pulled in half.

Comfortable, good breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff.

Pros: The breakfast was decent and lots of choice. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The check in front desk person was extremely friendly, he is a credit to the hotel.

Cons: The room wasn't the cleanest. Stains on the carpet and the sink faucets looked all rotten with limescale.

Pros: Spacious rooms, very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, very friendly staff! Will come back for sure!

Cons: Awesome breakfast - would be nice to have a dedicated Gluten free section (ex. GF oatmeal, fruits, GF bread + toaster).

Good value and cleanliness for our stay.

Pros: Location great, and conveniently just off main highway: Breakfast was plenty to start our travels home.

Cons: Nothing . Met our needs, and did so at a very great price.! We’ll be back ..😀

Was a very great stay. Had a good time in Whitecourt, and my room added a lot to my stay.

Pros: Good variety of items, tasted really good. Muffin was dry, but still edible. Overall it was very good. Coffee hot and plenty of it.

Cons: Coffee in the room was horrible, didn't taste like coffee just blah. I didn't ask if we could grab a coffee in breakfast room after breakfast service, would have been great if we could throw a couple of dollars in and got Coffee there.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Coffee was very good. Good selection. Friendly staff. I like a good size vanity. Hotel was quiet. Bed comfortable.

Overall, it was a good stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Pros: The room was clean and nice. The beds were very firm but once you got used to it they were fine. The AC in the room was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel room. The room was very quiet and the shower was excellent.

Cons: The mattress was very firm and there weren't enough outlets for all of our devices. The curtains didn't close all of the way, so I had to use a hair clip to keep them closed.

It was nice & convenient, I’d stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was ok. Location was very convenient for my needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: This time it was a tad noisier, at night, with loud guests in hallway and people upstairs stomping on the floors, I heard it was a group of school kids. The bed wasn’t too comfortable, for some reason, please change the mattress in that room. During my previous stay, that bed was great, this one wasn’t.
