Pros: We were really pleased with the level of comfort and facilities inside our cabin. We had a lovely 2 night stay. We drove from Vancouver on our way to Jasper and Banff and I would 100% recommend anyone doing that trip to include a 2 night stay in Wells Grey Provincial Park. Our host Courtnay was so friendly and helpful. We followed her advice re itinerary across the day and a half we had to explore the park, and it was wonderful. Seeing the Salmon leaping up stream at Bailey Chute was spectacular. We went to all the main waterfalls, but Mould Falls was magical as you can walk behind it. It's probably the more demanding of walks to get to it, but you are rewarded by an idyllic location when you get there. It's worth ending the day at Clearwater Lake after you have seen all the waterfalls. We spent our time there having a swim in the lake. It was so peaceful and a lovely location.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike.

Pros: It was a great cabin in a fantastic spot but unfortunately we only had one night booked and would really have liked to stayed longer.

Cons: We didn't get a chance to see too much of the area as the weather was appalling when we arrived. There was nothing about the cabin we didn't like.

Loved our off-grid cabin in the woods!

Pros: Amazing rural wooden cabin in the woods, perfect for our stay on the way to the Rockies. Idyllic locations with a bbq and lots of recommendations from the host for the local area. Highly recommend!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: A wonderful location to have an away from it all experience. We could hear the creek running behind the cabin, nothing else. We ued the cooking facilities to self cater and enjoyed visiting waterfalls in the park.

Cons: It took us a while to get used to working the oven but did so in the end.

Peace in the park and in the woods

Pros: In the park and in the woods, different to all the hotels on our road trip. Enjoyed the peaceful location and setting, used the outside hot plate BBQ for a real out doors meal. A chilled couple of nights in cabin 4 - two double beds.

Cons: No corkscrew or bottle opener and a long way to the shops

Everything we expected and more.

Pros: Really is a proper cabin in the woods. Great attention to detail, mosquito candles, tea, coffee, jams etc. The outdoor grill was a nice touch and all the utensils, oil, cleaning equipment was provided. Best shower we had in 14 rooms on our trip! Loads of information on things to do. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect.
