If you’re willing to go a bit out of the way and use an outhouse there is so much to appreciate- nature, beautiful cabin

Pros: Unique and beautiful spot, off the beaten path. Can actually walk to the river. Amazing grounds. Well-equipped cabins.

Pros: Wonderful property and accommodation. Beautiful location.

Cons: Fans would have been good as very hot weather and no air conditioning or fly screens on doors.

Paradise in the middle of paradise!

Pros: What a beautiful spot in the middle of nature. You have plenty of space (!!!) around your lodge. Perfect hosts. Very fair value for money.

Cons: 32 km to the next restaurant - just to know - be ready to cook.

It's a fantastic experience

Pros: Beautiful setting. The cabin is built solid, fantastic craftmanship. Great layout

Pros: Incredible stay at a truly stunning location. Staff made this stay comfortable and welcoming. This cabin was the perfect getaway to enjoy this amazing location. Hope to return in the future!

Pros: Everything! Absolutely great service, awesome views, magical place inside and out with full kitchen, BBQ, wood pizza oven, smoker, this place is dreamy! Well done guys! Definitely be back

Pros: Enjoyed the country experience. The cabin had everything we needed for our short stay.

LDR lodge Review

Pros: The cabin is spatious, well equipped and nicely decorated (amazing paintings). The view is breathtaking. It is very clean and comfortable.

Cons: We can hear the highway, the train and property equpment . A bit of noise pollution when sitting on balcony.

Always fantastic at LDR.

Pros: Second time at LDR. Stayed in the Dutch Treat, smaller than the big lodge that we stayed in last time, but just as spectacular. Love this place! The property, lodges, owners, they're all fantastic! Very comfy beds and bedding, great shower. And they're building a beautiful sauna for the cabin.

Cons: The photos need to be updated to show the beauty of this place.
