Overlander Motel

Quiet and clean. There is a train across the street however this did not bother us one bit!

Pros: Good little motel. Nice kitchenette, perfect for a few days stay. The staff are super friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed.

It was close to Kamloops, great receptionist and we were quite pleased with things.

Pros: The location was good to access the motel as there was construction on the highway. The receptionist was very polite and helpful where to eat which was close by. Nice to have chairs outside of our room to sit and enjoy the scenery and breeze.

Cons: I have not been to a motel for some time and was surprised at the price. I liked it and it was a comfortable room with air conditioner and good selection of TV programmes.. It was nice not to hear any of the traffic from the highway especially after travelling all day.

Very relaxing

Pros: Very quiet and close to other towns we needed to get to.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.The hotel was recommended by friends living in Chase

Pros: Quiet comfort Motel. Allow you to feel like relaxing. Without any stress of numbers of people around you.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like. All was as it should be, but I prefer.

Reasonably priced very comfortable motel unit - very helpful staff

Pros: Very helpful staff, a good sized room, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The outside area was nicely done and the motel was very close to an excellent supermarket.

Cons: The noise of the long freight trains overnight - not a lot that the motel owners can do. The fridge in our room froze some of our food and needs to be looked at. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Good location. Great sized room, clean and price was good. Also late check in was no problem

Cons: Room smelled like it hadn't been opened for a while when door first opened but we left the doors open for a while and the smell dissipated. And the trains were very loud and continuous

Welcoming and professional kindness. Felt like home away from home. Lovely.

Pros: Very good service and very clean. Would definitely visit again. Very accommodating and in a cute little area with a nice gazebo and nice A.C. TV and nice bath and shower.

Cons: The only thing I would have liked to have is some chairs and a table. The AC had a bit of a smell but not too noticeable. Lovely place and staff. Thank you.

Friendly, well managed and good pricing

Pros: Place was clean, well maintained and staff was friendly and very accomodating.

Cons: Instructions on how to work the guide on the tv was not available. More toilet paper in bathroom would be nice.

Cozy, clean, and simple accommodations perfect for travelling through the area!

Pros: Nikki was very welcoming and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a small kitchenette and plenty of room to set up our pack-and-play while travelling with a baby. AC was great. Was also impressed with the sound control as the motel is right across from a train but it was not loud at all! Overall, it wasn't fancy but was a clean, comfortable and safe stay for us.

Cons: The decor/linens were a little bit dated, but that didn't negatively impact our stay at all.

Enjoyed our stay for the couple of nights

Pros: There was no breakfast but A&W almost next door. Price was good, beds comfortable.

Cons: The lighting good be better. Move the smoking area away from the units.
