Bella Villa Resort Motel

Pros: You can’t beat the location! Step outside and you’re right at the beach—no long walks, no hassles, just pure beachfront living. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, unplug, and actually enjoy being at the beach. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for clean, comfortable, affordable, and run by people who truly care—this little gem is perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

Great stay in my home town

Pros: I loved it!! It's my home town and it was nice to go home and visit for Canada day, definitely recommend a stay here it's cute and cozy and on the beach, the owner was super lovely, and it's pet friendly, thanks for the nice stay 😊

Pros: We love coming here. We are treated like family. Even the guests are friendly, we had our grandchildren with us. It was fun and we felt part of the group.

Cons: We wanted to stay, but our schedule did not allow us too. We will be back!

A very comfortable stay in a great area and light on the wallet.

Pros: The location was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and the a/c was very much appreciated. I will definitely look into staying there again in the near future.

We don't need anything fancy because we do not spent much time in room so this place was good!

Pros: property is older, not luxurious but cute. Liked the separate bedroom with 2 beds in it and thought we were getting a pullout couch in the living/kitchen area but was pleasantly surprise with a double bed, Bed was real comfortable. Also property was right on the beach..nice for a quick swim or for family with kids and of course if u like lots of beach action you would need to go to beach near by. .Kitchen was well supplied. Also the owner was generous and gave us some free bottled water and a jug of cold water.

Cons: It would have been nice to have blackout curtains in the room. We ended up un plugging window air conditioner because it was so loud cutting in. Thankfully it wasn't too hot. Parking can be challenging if it is booked up. The owner was helpful in trying to arrange a parking spot. So be sure to clarify that you will need a spot when booking.

Peaceful & Quiet visit

Pros: Full kitchen was nice, full bathroom was nice, staff was friendly, location was nice to swim via beach access, it was peaceful & quiet just off of the Trans- Can Hwy., walking distance to town to Subway & other restaurants nearby.

Cons: The wooden stairway was a bit creaky, & wooden outer side rail access to upstairs room was a bit unstable or rickety. The location was a bit difficult to find on Google map in relation to Trans-Can Hwy., but that could also be a good thing because it made for quieter visit further from traffic noise.

Perfect location, facilities provided, bbq access, water toys etc, lots of seating in garden and beach. Would come back

Pros: Excellent location on the beach. Amazing views and Deanna and her husband were very nice. Motel is old. They allowed our dog but dogs not allowed on the beach so that was the only disappointment. Would have been nice to let our pup right out front of our suite. I stayed in this motel over 20 years ago and not much has changed. The owners are amazing! Thank you

Pros: It was right on the water. The rooms were clean. The owners were lovely and extremely accommodating

Cons: The studios were small had to move the fridge to open the sofa bed. Room required some maintenance
