Sun Beach Motel

The location on the lake makes up for any negatives.

Pros: Loved being able to walk out the door and into the lake. Really nice lakeside patio area, lots of chairs and water toys. Excellent location in town, walk to restaurants and wineries, managers are extremely helpful, responsive, friendly and always available. Room was very clean and comfortable and concrete block construction means no sounds coming from neighbouring rooms. Was glad to see that both structural and room upgrades are in process.

Cons: This motel was built in the 60's, the room was very old although nicely furnished and comfortable, no functional kitchen area, loose plug outlets, old style in-window air conditioner, no fan in bathroom, no screen on bathroom window.

Nice place by the lake

Pros: Right on the lake, a very pleasant deck to relax. Good for families with children, you can even cook your barbecue there. There are also many chairs and inflatables for guests. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Cons: The building is old and needs more renovation.

A great value motel in a great position

Location, location, location

Pros: Amazing waterfront location. The beach is steps away from the room. Lots of seatings and tables in courtyard. Although the hotel was full, there are enough space for many. Good water pressure of the shower.

Cons: Very dated and worn out. The bed needs upgrade as it's too soft.

Pros: Sun Beach is a small friendly motel located right on the beach... It is exceptionally clean and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location is fantastic... It has its own beach and little dock where you can enjoy the lake. Families have been coming here for decades which says a lot! We would definitely come back here!

A great place to spend a relaxing time.

Pros: Cosy little place with direct access to the lake. We could just get out of the room and right into the lake for a swim. The clientele was nice, mainly families. Also friendly and kind owners. There are plenty of places beside the lake with tables or sun chairs for the guest to sit in the shade and enjoy the view.

Wonderful little gem in the heart of Osoyoos. A classic older motel with many modernizations.

Pros: The location was perfect. Nice little private beach, walkable to town and the main public beach. Simple room but sufficient, with a kitchenette well provided with pans, dishes, etc. including a coffee maker and kettle. The room was very clean, internet strong. From the outside, the motel could use some paint, but don't let that deter you.
