Prestige Lakeside Resort

Great location for me and quiet.

Pros: I ate lunch and it was enjoyable. Staff was exceptional.

Cons: I wish there was a light by the stove/fridge area. I would have found that helpful.

Terrific hospitality and welcome stay.

Pros: Terrific location right on the marina, peaceful and serene. Staff were wonderful, so helpful. We moved rooms to get a water side one (much recommended unless you want to view the carpark) and this was no issue. Arranged everything seamlessly. Pub was lovely with good food and drink. Rooms were very comfortable, the mattress and bedding were first class. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Cons: Nothing really - I suppose recognise that the city view room is overlooking the car park without a balcony.

Amazing views and friendly staff

Pros: Amazing location and very comfortable beds, watching boats in the marina was a highlight

Cons: Shower pressure was not great but I understand that is done to conserve water. It would be nice if there was a stroller friendly entrance to the hotel from the city walking path towards Lakeside park, we had to lift our stroller over the curb.

Second stay on our road trip

Pros: The room are a little bit tired but very clean and the staff are really nice

Cons: Some of the kitchen unit are a bit worn and the room was quite dark otherwise all was good

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. Right on the water, right down the street from downtown, and you can have a good walk down the water to the park area. The restaurant is excellent, and beautiful to sit outside on the deck for dinner. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room is spacious with a big bathroom.

Cons: Unfortunately my room wasnt ready until 530pm. So I had to wait about an hour and a half for my room. I was compensated with a couple drinks which was great.

Post sham hotel bliss

Pros: Clean & friendly. Great showers. Nelson is beautiful. Attentive staff.

Cons: The bed was unsupportive, definitely on the softer side. Might be exactly what you're looking for after a week of camping.

Happy Kootney Holiday

Pros: Balcony With view the lake. Very nice breakfast in dining room patio. Very good food.

Cons: Kitchen closed at 9pm.

Pros: The staff were so welcoming, kind, and so nice to our kids. Thank you, Sheila, for being so nice to them and for the toys 🧸 you definitely gave us a great impression of the hotel. We were told what was happening in town and all the services they provided. The rooms were very clean. Lots of room, coffee machine was great. It was quiet. Comfortable bed and soft towels. There are toiletries, and the shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. The whole family loved staying there. Loved that you could press the maid button if your room needed cleaning. The view was absolutely beautiful. We can not wait to come back.

Cons: Nothing. The place is great.

Pros: Everything here is great lakefront ,comfy beds and lovely staff.

Pros: The lake view rooms were awesome So close to the lake and city The pool was great . The restaurants too. Also the big free parking We got a free upgrade to the top level
