It was a lovely comfortable home with helpful hosts. The camera into the hot tub not welcomed .

Pros: It was very clean and accommodated a large family. Lots of supplies eg soaps, detergents, coffee etc. The beds were comfortable. My Dad who has dementia left his bag in the garage when we left and we were in a panic as it had all Ahis medications inside. The staff were very very helpful to help us get it back the following day and we were very grateful.

Cons: The camera pointing directly into the hot tub is really creepy and I would have thought illegal if not explained prior. Got messaged to tell me I hadn’t yet put lid on the hot tub so knew we were being watched.

Pros: It was ok, a house at the price of a hotel. Shopping mall block away.

Cons: bigger security deposit

We traveled for both business and pleasure. The place was quiet and suited our needs quite well.

Pros: The location was close to a variety of eating places. We have 2 small dogs, so absolutely loved the high wooden fence around the large backyard.

Cons: I would have felt better if the place had been cleaned a little more thoroughly. The hair behind the bathroom door kind of grossed me out!

Quiet, comfortable and convenient, better than staying in a hotel.

Pros: Was a nice home in an area that was convenient to access and quiet neighbourhood, close to great amenities. The amenities were good and the hosts were responsive to my communications. They took a sizable deposit, so I sent them pictures upon arrival of some existing damages in the home, which they acknowledged. Access to the home was by door code, either via the garage or the front door. They had a netflix account on the tv for my use, and the open concept living/dining/kitchen made my stay very comfortable. I much preferred this to a hotel. The bedding was premium and very comfortable to sleep on.

Cons: The garage was stinky and dirty from the garbage storage and there was mess from previous people on the garage floor. The cleaners do not pick this up or the garbage I picked up off the front lawn for them... they also left a full load of bedding laundry in the wash (all wet) in the wash, and full load in the dryer, which I had finish the drying, fold and put away. But those were the only downsides, pretty minor really, and the owners apologized to me when I reported these things. I am sure they will have provided this feedback to the cleaning company.
