Santuario Kensington - Inner City Escape

Pros: I can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful pristine spacious basement apartment with everything you need to a cook meals etc. The host was always available if I needed anything.( I didn't). I would highly recommend this place.

Pros: The place was lovely! I stayed for a weekend, specifically for the world cup at the olympic oval. The location was really great for that :) I went by public transport (bus mainly) and there is a bus stop really close by the property. Really recommend !

A welcoming and comfortable stay in a lovely neighbourhood.

Pros: It is very well equipped, welcoming and comfortable! The washing machine and dryer were a real blessing! And we loved the Sand and Fog shower gel!

Cons: Nothing to dislike!

Pros: Lovely comfortable flat. Super clean , everything looks pristine. Comfy bed and so handy to have washing machine

Pros: The place was clean, temperature was about right. It was sufficient for our needs. We really enjoyed staying there.

Cons: It was hard to find as Google took us to an abandoned building on 5th Ave instead of 6th Ave. With there being a busy street and a wall in between blocks, and not familiar with the area, it took us a bit to find it.

Pros: The apartment is clean, cozy, well-equipped with good furniture and appliances. There are cute pictures and funny inscriptions hanging around the house. It feels like it was furnished with love.. The location is very convenient — close to the University of Calgary. It was important to us. The house is located on a quiet street with no traffic. A lot of parking space on the street. No big shops but 7-Eleven, and a liquor store that helps brighten up the evenings 🍷. The host, Kelly, was responsive and helpful, even allowing a late checkout. Thank you, Kelly, one more time.

Cons: The only downside is that in the mornings you can hear kids playing tag on the top floor :). Overall, a good place to stay.

Pros: Didn’t find anything to really complain about the only thing my girlfriend thought it would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom

Cons: I found the property to be cozy and comfortable. All the amenities are perfect and the location was also great.

Pros: Comfy basement suite, thoughtfully decorated, and extremely clean which I really appreciated! Host is very helpful and responsive to any questions.

Cons: This is not the fault of the host but the pin on google maps takes you to a 7-11, the house is located a street behind there so just keep that in mind and don’t rely on google maps too heavily.
