Nice place to save money for a ski trip in Banff area

Pros: The room was nice to have an extra room with a couch, small table, fridge and the sink. I could enjoy beers and some foods in the space that separated from the beds. I liked that there was no ceiling in the space with the hot tub, separated from the indoor pool. A liquor store was located in the hotel property. It was good for a ski trip because Canmore is not so far from the ski resorts and the hotels are more expensive in Banff downtown.

Cons: Some vehicles (mostly pickup trucks) were parked in inappropriate locations by drivers with intellectual disabilities, encroaching on adjacent parking spaces, making it impossible to park there and difficult to find another parking.

Great place to stay to enable exploration.

Pros: Excellent location and very clean. Returned 10 years since our last visit and just as wonderful.

Cons: Having to leave!

Pros: The staff was friendly, the facilities were well kept and clean. The value for money was top notch!

Pros: The view is incredible! It was very warm inside, very clean . Quiet space. No car traffic noise outside. Wonderful swimming pool (very clean), and hot tub. We went there early morning- there were no people there at all) though the parking lot was almost full. Hot tub with the mountain view - gorgeous! And the food at the restaurant is amazing- I was looking for such kind of food in Canada (crepes with strawberries and yogurt- yummy😋! The staff at the restaurant is very kind and fast!) The view from the windows of the restaurant is amazing from all of the windows 🪟

Cons: It smelled in the elevator every time (like after alcohol..probably several visitors came just to drink) I wish the restaurant would be open at the evening as well, not just till 3 or 4 p.m. As our plane arrived late, it took quite a lot of time for the road, the kids were hungry..

Great room and exceptionally clean. Very polite, helpful staff.

Pros: The main bed was fantastic. Room had great view of mountains.

Cons: Sofa bed was not great Train line directly below and heard the trains during the night.

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean. Great breakfast/lunch restaurant

Pros: The rooms were big and cozy, the views were great! Pool, hot tub, and sauna were very nice additions. Complimentary Coffee/Latte/Cappuccino machine downstairs in the lobby was a nice touch as well!

Cons: The only thing that was a slight dislike was the placement of the toilet paper holder. A little tight. But a very minor inconvenience! Overall very nice place!

Pros: Great spot in Canmore, room was spacious and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Pros: It was very clean . The staff were awesome and friendly. Ahmed was great. We really loved the facility and the location

Cons: I did not really like the loft separate for us it was not convenient.

Pros: We love staying at the Chateau Canmore. The rooms are clean, facilities are good and staff is super friendly.

Cons: They have a large Kurig machine in the lobby with many drink options, it was broken the first day of our stay... but was promptly fixed
