Pros: This place is fabulous, fresh, modern, and clean. We enjoyed the privacy. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Everything. It was spacious, quiet, self contained. Immaculately presented. Great facilities including coffee machine, washer, dryer, nice toiletries. Just a 10 min drive to downtown Nanaimo but less to local shops and pubs. Loved the deer in garden and goats next door. Netflix provided and good WiFi. Lovely place, would def stay here again

Excellent apartment, would stay again!

Pros: Excellent apartment, very clean and spacious. Great location for visiting Nanaimo, Gabriola Island (via ferry) and other areas on this part of the Island. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Laundry facilities were much appreciated, especially the drying rack. We would like to stay again next time we visit the area.

Cons: The apartment was excellent- the only comment is that would be nice to get the access code a couple of days before arrival rather than only the day of arrival. Sometimes internet access/cellphone data access can be difficult for those coming from overseas to be able to receive the code.

Pros: Fabulous modern apartment, very well equipped kitchen and convenient location. Greet value with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pros: This was an exceptional place to stay! It was huge and very well equipped, just loved it. It was near and nice lake which you could walk around and also swim. It was just wonderful.

Pros: Such a wonderful place to stay! You are close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. You have goats next door that are friendly and chickens across the street! They have everything ready for you at arrival, the space was very clean and they provide you with everything but a blender for in the kitchen! You are in a suit that is attached of the main house but private and only access from a separate entrance. I would definitely recommend and be happy to return back!

Cons: I only have 1 real dislike which is the shower. The water never got hot enough and it’s a light sprinkle. Additionally the water head falls straight down and leaves part of your body uncovered. However for a fast shower it’s all you need. They do provide some small travel sized products for you as well! They have a parking space specific for guests and be cautious because right behind it is a small ditch, that my boyfriend accidentally revered into (his defence I was talking too him) but the wonderful neighbours came out to help us! Lastly the pillows aren’t the most comfortable and if you have any pains I’d suggest packing your own. Those are tiny imperfections that just goes to show how amazing this property really is!

Quiet location. A good decent for Nanaimo and beyond.

Excellent roomy new apartment

Pros: We arrived 15 minutes early and the owner opened the appt early for us. The apt is only a few months old and very well designed for renting. There is a full washer and dryer

Cons: Very little. The apt is on a rural street but is only 5 minutes drive from a shopping mall and we had the best fish and chips ever at The Cod Squad close to the Mall. For older renters such as us, a grab bar in the shower/ bath would be helpful. The apartment is all on one level but is accessed by an internal stair with approximately a dozen steps. This was not a problem for us
