Pros: How comphy the place was, the location and how nice the spa was

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: The property was beautiful lovely and fresh/new and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect and hot tub outside very enjoyable after a hard day snowboarding.

Cons: We had a little trouble with a light fitting not working in one of the bedrooms and also found a piece of glass in our bed! Staff were apologetic but didn’t do anything else to resolve it other than apologise. Had expected a little more as we did pay quite a bit for our stay.

Wonderful stay, will return if we come to ski in Revelstoke again.

Pros: The property was very clean and exceeded the photos posted. Comfortable beds. Great living space. An added value was the good quality washer and dryer and laundry room. Heated and secure garage. The kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: The washroom sink and faucet are not practical and barely wash your hands, wash your face or brush your teeth at.

Pros: Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung! Gute Ausstattung!

Pros: Property was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, fantastic jacuzzi, and adequately stocked kitchen with plates, dishes, & utensils for a comfortable stay. Also liked the underground parking that was high enough to accommodate our kayaks on our car roof.

Cons: The fobs didn’t work for the suite & the key to the bike storage area didn’t fit. Also, the staff was not able to accommodate our kayaks that we brought along. We asked in advance & one staff member replied by email that it was possible to grant our wishes but didn’t provide any info on how it could be done. Once we arrived, we had to call again for a storage solution as we didn’t want to bring our kayaks with us on our hikes as they may get stolen. The bike storage area would’ve worked but was told that the strata only allows for bikes only. There was no further communications from your staff.

Pros: Prachtig ingericht en voorzien 2 badkamers. Handdoeken en toiletartikelen aanwezig, zelfs milieuvriendelijke wasmiddelen. Makkelijk inchecken met een code. Keuken was heel compleet en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Cons: Er was 2x een stroomstoring, eerste keer lang en geen communicatie toen brandweer kwam kijken. Jammer dat er geen meubilair staat op het grote terras. Jammer dat er tegenover het gebouw gebouwd wordt, dit geeft wat overlast mocht je in het appartement willen blijven. Uitzicht is minder mooi.

Exceeded expectation, would stay here again

Pros: This is a very well, high end equipped property and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is still new and the finishing was excellent and modern and so was the decoration. The king beds were very comfy and so were the pillows. The outside private hot tub is a great addition. It would be great if they can add an outside BBQ for guests to use.
