Big kitchen but old tired apartment a 15 min walk into town.

Pros: Big kitchen. Property managers helpful but hard to fix anything in this old tired apartment opposite the rail yards

Cons: Long walk into town. Toilet broken on arrival .Floor heating broken. Apartment old and tired. Sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Pros: lots of space and storage and the kitchen was really well stocked. we really enjoyed preparing meals and then enjoyed them on the deck great sunset view for our night cap from the deck. I was concerned we would be close to the train yard but we were never bothered by any noise.

Cons: we would give this property five stars but for the shower tub. the tub is higher then the floor level creating a bad tripping hazard. both my wife and daughter tripped coming out of shower and both got hurt. putting a hand bar beside the shower side of tub would really help.

Great experience - lots of room for 3 people, easy check in, nice clean apartment.

Pros: Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Cute pubs/shops within 15 min walk. The property was clean, lots of space, large pull out couch. Kitchen and bathroom were large and bbq was a bonus. Apartment requires walking up a flight of stairs (which was not an issue for us but may be for some).

Pros: Lovely big apartment plenty of space and very quiet between units. Good location

Cons: On quite a busy road and unfortunately although a very fancy mattress it was really noisy when you turned over

Pros: The location was excellent for the purpose and the place was clean and well set up. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Cons: The bedroom was hot as there was no air conditioning in it. Although there was there option to use fan, however, the fan was not effective given the humidity.

Pros: Komplett ausgestattete Küche in ordentlichem Zustand. Schlafsofa ausreichend komfortabel. Ausreichend Platz. Revelstoke an sich sehr nett.

Cons: Grill zwar funktionsfähig, aber grenzwertiger Zustand. Eingangsbereich des Hauses könnte etwas einladender sein (mehr Licht).

The place was GREAT other than the stairs to climb to get to it, but the management sucked.

Pros: THE APPARTMENT WAS GREAT ALL MODERN CONVEINIENCES AND EQUIPED WITH ANYTHING YOU COULD WANT VERY CLEAN THE HEATED FLOOR IN BATHROOM WAS AWSOME!

Cons: COMUNICATION!!!! I booked with bookings .com, not sure if that may have been the issue or not but when we had a family emergency and tried to contact them, I found 3 different #s not 1 would answer. I left messages and sent email & finally got a response back on email. Not that it did any good because I was wanting to see if at this week before if we cancelled due to a tragic accident that eventually took the life of one of our crew, we could get any reimbursement-Absolutely not! that is what trip insurance is for! So, my son and I were the only ones able to go and we were supposed to get 24-hour notice for check in it never happened, was sitting in town again trying to get hold of someone for info, that took another 20 minutes or better. And it was always a different person I ended up talking to each time I finally did get through. I am generally a patient person, but this experience really pushed it to the limit.
