Very much enjoyed our stay

Pros: Excellent Location. Enjoyed the Hot tub. Accommodated out pet with seamless check in and check out.

Cons: Some noisy occupants, not a fault of the Hotel. Hotel def could use some paint and updating yet quite cute and quaint. Hairs in tub, so could use a better clean in bathroom,

Pros: Rooms where clean, bed comfortable. Location great

Cons: Rooms especially bathroom, very cold, floors freezing. Maybe a heat lamp could be installed in ceiling of bathroom?

Excellent value for money, clean, updated, quiet

Pros: Clean, quiet, good location & value, decent sized rooms, staff offered for us to park there for longer if we wanted after we checked out to avoid needing to pay for on street parking

Pros: Everything was very nice, the best part was the location, it was very easy to walk to the main part of canmore and get out of cammore to see the park.

Cons: My only.complaint was that it is not very sound proof. You could hear the neighbours specially the upstairs one very easy as well as the sounds outside. But its not a big deal, I'd definitely stay here again.

Pros: We loved the downtown location, it was close to everything and you could walk to all the main shops and restaurants. My partner was using a cane at the time so this was perfect for us. It was also relatively cheap to stay compared to other places, and the room was cute and comfortable.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the room above us was a full suite, and the dining room of the unit had a lot of foot traffic and it wasn't properly sound proofed. So you heard chairs scraping, elephant feet and talking. The room had ear plugs in it, but I find those uncomfortable and can't use them. It would have been nice to get a heads up before getting there.

Pros: The location is perfect, so convenient for restaurants, shops etc.

Cons: The self-locking stopped working while I was there so I had to get a key, the staff member was very helpful in sorting this for me.

Pros: We stayed at the Lamphouse by Basecamp for 4 nights. The location was great just down from the main street. The room was really light and airy - it did get warm after the recent weather but the air con was excellent. We had no issues with check in, which was really easy. The bath and shower were good. We appreciated having a kettle in our room. No issues with being able to park close to our room. Would highly recommend staying here and the cost was cheaper than staying in Banff and it was easy to get to places.

Fabulous stay in Canmore

Pros: Easy to find and park. Easy online check in and access via key code at the time stated. Comfy bed and good sized, well planned room. Good location.

Perfect location and check in was a breeze.

Pros: The location was excellent. Right where restaurants and bars are. So convenient. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long hiking day.

Nice place to stay for a couple nights

Pros: Good location near the centre of town with parking included. Comfortable room.

Cons: A bit noisey with traffic outside but not too bad
