Great experience, will be first choice for next visit

Pros: Owner approved our request even though I have a really new account, unlike many other listers who just ignore my request; not even bothering to deny or give reasoning. Owner was essentially always on standby, ready to answer questions within 2 minutes. The place is pretty well kept and wasn't dusty. Space was really good for the price. Area is prime Richmond, most things were even within walking distance.

Cons: This can't really be helped, but the garage was on the fifth floor and it was a stagger type garage meaning every floor is 2 turns; making it easy to get motion sickness. Another thing was from where the room was; it was surprisingly convoluted to get to the fitness center. It would essentially take 10 minutes of walking through hallways and to the neighboring building before reaching the destination. But these are things that can't be changed, so just keep it in mind.
