Pros: The owner was accommodating and the place suit our needs.

Comfortable, clean, good privacy, and walkable to Chesterman Beach,

Pros: The property was comfortable for my wife and I and our two adult children. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of privacy, and the location was walkable from Chesterman Beach. It was about a 5 min drive into Tofino itself.

Cons: Small points, maybe, but the couch could have used some throw cushions and an additional chair for sitting. Also, if you like reading, a floor lamp would have been nice, instead of just the overhead lights.

Pros: The location was practical, the bed was comfortable

Cons: It has very basic amenities, an old small TV, very uncomfortable kitchen chairs, and an uncomfortable couch

Spacious, clean and convenient stay in a green retreat

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious unit, which features a separate bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a sitting/dining area with an open, industrial-style kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing breakfast and simple hot meals. While we didn’t use the deck in front of the house due to the weather, it’s definitely a lovely bonus when conditions are nicer. The unit was very clean, and the house is tucked away in a lush, green environment—you might even drive past it without noticing. Its location next to the Pacific Rim Highway makes it very convenient to reach Tofino (about a 5-minute drive), Ucluelet (around 30 minutes), and all the natural beauty in the surrounding area. Although we didn’t meet Elin in person, communication with her was smooth and very fast.

Cons: The unit is spacious but feels somewhat empty; adding an extra sofa or some additional storage could make it feel cozier. Some mood lighting would also enhance the atmosphere, as currently there is only bright ceiling lighting. There is some noise from the dehumidifier in the sitting area, which is understandable given the humidity, and the large fridge is also a bit noisy. Finally, be cautious when entering from the driveway, as visibility is limited due to surrounding vegetation.

Lovely stay in Tofino at a great home.

Pros: The property felt very homey and had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. Elin was very responsive to messages and even provided us with a travel cot and highchair for our baby.

Roomy, comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Roomy, comfortable and quiet. Only five minutes to the beach on our bikes.

Cons: We enjoyed the kitchen that was adequate for simple meals, but the kitchen knives need to be sharpened.

Pros: It was such an amazing cozy place that had everything we needed. The location. Was absolutely great and it was super clean and the bed was ten or ten for sure.

Lovely accomodation, spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Pros: Really good communication from the host, gave really good directions, the place was large, clean and comfortable. We were hemmed in for a lot of our stay due to the weather so it was the perfect place to hang out and the host had even provided us with plenty of board games (hope we weren't too loud and boisterous!)

Cons: The weather! We unfortunately timed our 2 night stay during Vancouver Island's version of a monsoon but that's life, what can you do. Definitely need a do-over to see Tofino properly.

A real find!

Pros: We loved everything! The rooms were exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home right away. Elin met us when we arrived and offered us excellent advice for restaurants.Tofino is only a 5 min drive so we were close to everything. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!
