Awesome!

Pros: Location was perfect. The property had everything we needed to cook. The washing and drying machines were awesome. The balcony is a big plus!

Pros: What I liked the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, especially Yosuke and Alice. I also appreciated how easy the check-in and check-out process was. They provided everything I needed to do my laundry, and the washing machine and dryer in the apartment worked perfectly.

Cons: What I liked least was that there was no coffee maker in the apartment, and the kitchen could have had more utensils for cooking.

A genuine hidden gem, offering a great-sized space with all the essential amenities for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Fantastic stay — everything we could have asked for. The space was a great size and had all the necessary amenities, making it comfortable and easy to settle in right away.

Cons: The only small suggestion would be adding a pump hand wash — otherwise, everything was spot on.

Good location just be aware at night time of your surroundings

Pros: Good location to attraction and a comfortable legroom with everything you would need for extended stay.

Cons: Lots of homeless on the streets around this area. They don’t bother you but they are around all the time.

Pros: Comfortable place with everything you need, and central to all sights, transportation (sky train and sea bus). Recommend.

Fantastic place

Pros: The property is very well managed and exceptionally clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. I mainly interacted with Joanna, who is such a lovely and welcoming person and kindly shared great tips on nearby supermarkets. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully equipped the property was—there was truly nothing missing, from extra towels and fully stocked kitchenware to vanity kits. They even provided umbrellas. I stayed for 14 nights, so having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus, and it was a nice touch that a few laundry pods were also supplied. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Canada Place, the harbour, Stanley Park, the Vancouver Art Gallery, and Gastown. There is also a Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor, and their noodle soup is delicious.

Cons: The property is very well managed and exceptionally clean. The only minor downside for me was the pillows, which were a bit too soft for my preference. I would also suggest using pillow protectors beneath the pillowcases to help prevent sweat and odours from penetrating, as the pillows had a slight smell. This wasn’t a major issue, though—the property thoughtfully comes with a washing machine, laundry pods, and a dryer, so I was able to wash them according to the care instructions and everything was quickly resolved. This is unrelated to the property itself, but there were a number of homeless individuals across from the property, near the bar as well as near the property itself. I did not have any interactions with them and experienced no issues during my stay.

Great stay in Vancouver

Pros: Fantastic location, spacious apartment, very well equipped and spotless. Great communication with the staff; they responded to all my messages very quickly.

Pros: The location and facilities were great, especially the in unit washer and dryer. The location was top tier and accessibility.
