I would recommend it but be aware of sketchy neighborhoods

Pros: Spacious and modern plus high floor with big windows and nice views

Cons: Unfortunately the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I didn’t have the feeling that it’s dangerous but still it very pleasant all the time.
