Modern Condo in Downtown Vancouver

Pros: The location was good in terms of being just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station and only 15/20 minutes walk from the city / waterfront centre.

Cons: The property was very good but sadly in a location where you could come across unfortunate (addict) people when walking to the city centre. They posed no threat or anything untoward, it was just unpleasant to see them.

Pros: Location was good. Basic but clean and comfortable.

Cons: Hooks for clothing and coats would have been helpful in the small bedroom, bathroom and entry way. A bedside lamp would be appreciated in the small bedroom. The tub is very slow to drain and probably needs some cleaning out.

Pros: Convenient location. Sauna, hot tub pool and weight room.

Cons: Needs better lighting (lamp option) in the living room and small bedroom. Ceiling lights were bright. Lacked atmosphere. Shower pressure low.

Pros: Location to Costco and Roger’s stadium is amazing!

Cons: The check-in and check-out process could be more streamlined. Locating the property and accessing the parking area requires a key fob, which meant finding temporary street parking and making an initial trip to the unit and back before being able to park or unload. The same steps were required in reverse at check-out. Some advance guidance or a more convenient system would enhance the overall experience.
