Lovely 2-Bedrooms Downtown suite Free Parking

Pros: Great location in the downtown area. Proximal to many attractions and public transit.

Cons: We had a bit of a delay in checkin with the apartment not being serviced before we arrived

Handy place for four in city center

Pros: Was perfect for our one night needs for two couples. Secure building in the heart of downtown. The kitchen, table, and seating area was handy to make meals and relax. Did not use it, but the unit has a nice washer & dryer that would be helpful for longer stays. Bedrooms are nothing fancy and on the small size, but they were sufficient. The bathroom, too, was simple but ample for our needs. Secure underground parking in the building was a big plus. Check-in instructions from the owner were very detailed and easy to follow.

Cons: Being in the heart of downtown was a plus for us, walking distance to and from where we wanted to go. But this area of downtown has its share of homeless folks hanging around and visible drug use. We navigated through it fine, definitely not something the owner can solve, and it would not prevent me from staying there again, just sharing so others are not surprised. Plus, building security features made us feel very safe once in the building. The beds were super soft - it depends on your preference, but I would have preferred firmer beds. The owner was slow responding to Booking.com and text messages we sent.

Nice comfortable stay in convenient location

Pros: Communications with host were excellent in the lead up to our trip, with all of my question promptly answered. Host allowed us an early bag drop which was great since we came into Vancouver well before check in. In addition, we were granted a late check out that was really for us. Room was as described. Kitchen fully operational. Great location. A short walk to Granvile Island. An easy stroll to Downtown, Yaletown and so on. Groceries, Chemist and coffee shops very close by. Buses outside the front door was also very convenient. We would have no hesitation booking this apartment again.

Cons: A litte noise from Back Alley on Friday night, but it settled down fairly early. Some noise from neighbouing apartments heard through the walls but didn't bother us too much.

Value for money and free parking was a bonus.

Pros: After entering the door access code, we were able to get in and take the elevator to our apartment. The website provided detailed info.

Cons: Not enough towel hock in the bathroom to hang towel.
