Pros: The serenity of the location was a great way to wind down after a long leg flight. Couldn't have been more comfortable, along with a lovely conversation over breakfast. Felt like a perfect welcome to Canada

Pros: Beautiful house in a fabulous spot by the river. Exceptionally clean & comfortable. Delicious breakfast, served by Michael, who chatted with us & gave us some valuable information about our next destination. Would definitely stay again.

A great North Vancouver find.

Pros: Was appreciated that there was a 2 hr window for breakfast instead of 1 set time. A later noon checkout was good. River at the end of the backyard was terrific....both for hearing at night and to sit by in the provided Adirondack chairs. So peaceful!

Perfect stay in North Vancouver.

Pros: We loved the amazing views and the convenience of staying here. The room was spacious with everything we needed and a lovely view of the river. Our hosts were welcoming but not overbearing. Breakfast was always delicious and varied and it was lovely to catch up with other guests and get tips and advice from Michael (and the dogs too). Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back on our next trip to Vancouver.

Pros: From the moment we arrived Michael made us feel at home. Our room had an amazing view overlooking the river that flows at the bottom of the garden. Each morning Michal surprised us with a different freshly made breakfast along with as much coffee we wanted. We chatted most mornings and got a lot of great suggestions of places to visit. If we ever return to Vancouver we will return to them gladly.

Good location to explore the Vancouver area

Pros: Nice rooms, very good breakfast, the host provides good information about the area. (Eg parking in Longdale to use the waterways to Vancouver. Located perfectly to explore the area north of Vancouver. (Day hikes).

We really enjoyed our very short stay (one night) and Michael was a wonderful host.

Pros: The breakfast was the perfect amount of food and the hot entree also included fresh fruit.

Cons: Walls might be considered a little thin because we could hear voices from room next door, but not clear enough to make out the conversation. It did not interfere with our sleep in any way.
