Pros: Great breakfast. Good location. Good value for the money. Kind staff.

Cons: Room and house too warm. Impossible to control the temperature. Bed mattress is average comfortable.

Pros: everything was excellent : very clean, and comfortable, the access to the lounge was very helpful for my virtual meetings. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. the location is perfect. and the street is quiet, you can hear the birds... the price was also very attractive for Vancouver. I hope it will stay like this...

Cons: The sound insulation between rooms is not very good. you can listen to your neighbors too easily. a bit disturbing when they speak loud.

Great spot for a city stay

Pros: The place was spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely. Check in was great, lovely to be able to drop bags off earlier than check in. Check out was super easy.

Pros: Vey clean and comfortable, very good breakfast, lovely friendly and very helpful staff. In a lovely quiet street not far from shops. Suited to have the top floor rooms as we were on a family holiday.

Cons: Rooms at the top of the building were very hot but fans provided. Having access to balcony helped. Nothing really as we had a pleasant comfortable stay. Can’t help the hot weather!

A nice change of pace from downtown hotels.

Pros: We stayed in the new coach house at the back. The room was clean and quiet, it felt very private and relaxing. Breakfast in the main house was simple (eggs, plus the usual hotel continental breakfast options) and friendly.
