Affordable, luxurious option for big groups

Pros: The apartment, the heated pool and hot tub, the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms

Cons: The kitchen is a bit small for 7 people but at least the dining area seats a lot of people!

Pros: it was beautiful, very nicely decorated and furnished

Pros: Convenient location With everything we needed. Friendly helpful hosts who responded quickly to queries.

Cons: Couldn’t change the bathroom heat but otherwise all good

Pros: Nice pool ,you can walk to the city of canmore,not far to Banff,overall good location.

Cons: We don't have a parking pass for 3 nights and its hard to find the parking spot, and the bath tub so slow to drain.

Pros: The chalet has peaceful environment, complete functions and particular decorated.

Cons: the carpet in the room is a little bit old

Home away from home

Pros: Our stay was absolutely delightful! The house was spotlessly clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the abundance of amenities provided. Everything we needed (and more!) was readily available. We especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and swimming in the pool - a perfect way to relax and recharge

Cons: Checkout time feels early (11am). Consider noon for a more relaxed departure

Pros: Location and accommodation were amazing. Initial communication fantastic, though automated.

Cons: Issue with the parking pass, not communicated that it wouldn't be there due to previous guest taking it. Not communicated until asked. Added unnecessary stress to stay especially when suggested that we needed to park down the road. Was sorted, but anything that would distupt the check-in or stay should be communicated prior to arrival.

Beautiful location and property

Pros: Location is the main factor because we wanted the early start for Banff National Park - it wasn’t cheap but good value for the area. The laundry facilities within the chalet were great and Michael & Katrina had left all the washing products we could need. Generally, all the comforts of home had been provided for us including pool towels although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool/hot tub

Cons: The large furniture was lovely but my husband tripped several times on the corner of the master bed as the frame jutted out beyond the mattress. If not for this, I would’ve scored the property a 10

Staying is good and nice place problem is you only allowed 1 car for 10 people to book I thin is 😁

Pros: Location is easy to find going there. Nice place and solemn

Cons: The parking place because when u do book for 10 to 9 people what do u expect come from far place like manitoba and staying for 2 nights and 3 days of course the car got jumped pack of thins 1 car getting in mystic is not enough why you only allowed 1 car only I'm sad and depressed on that

Pros: Everything was fine, the pool is in the yard, just a little small space for 9 people.
