This is what every stay should be like

Pros: Richard and his family are superb hosts. They cook a mean breakfast, are very welcoming, and the property itself has everything you could possibly ask for. 11/10!

Warm reception, Delicious breakfast, Excellent experience

Pros: Richard & Susan are exceptionally great hosts. - Communication is open and friendly - Accommodating hosts - Easy check in - Functionally decorated and clean space with pride of ownership very evident - Hot delicious breakfast made for us each morning if we wanted. I recommend the Banana pancakes! - Wonderful fruit basket on the table the kids ate bananas, apples and oranges - Bonus, nicely stocked fridge for us.

Cons: - No A/C or fans (I have grown accustomed to A/C on full blast at home) - Bed is a bit firm (Memory foam topper at home)

A quiet and safe place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood!

Pros: Very safe neighborhood, private parking. Rooms were clean and extremely well stocked with supplies and lots of snacks! Very generous hosts!

Welcoming friendly hosts who went out of their way to provide what we needed. The setting was lovely!

Pros: The quietness and location were lovely. There was plenty of room and the availability of extra rooms was great too.

Cons: The stairs going to the basement were not so easy to navigate with the small rubber mats on them. Everything else was fine.

Pros: Lots of room and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would ever need. Spent more time out than in the suite but next time would definitely make time to have a soak in the wonderfully deep tub. All kinds of toiletries available, including bath salts. We were asked if we would like a hot breakfast the next morning and were really glad we said yes, as the owner's son is a chef and made wonderful eggs Benny and fresh fruit plates. Lovely fruit bowl and other items also in the suite.

Cons: Twin beds were ok, but could use a foam topper for comfort. Suggest an extension cord be made available for charging.

Pros: Richard est très accueillant et nous a servi un bon petit déjeuner Les lits sont particulièrement confortables

Unbedingt empfehlenswert

Pros: Das Rundum-Sorglospaket: Ausstattung, bereitstehende Lebensmittel (von Obst über Saft, Joghurt bis zum Kaffeepulver war alles da!), Frühstück sehr gut und täglich wechselnd. Dazu reizende fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Und der Bus 214 nach Downtown Vancouver fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!

Cons: Was wir wussten: als Souterrainwohnung nicht gerade sonnendurchflutet

Pros: Spaziosa, pulita. Richard è un host gentilissimo e ci ha anche consigliato degli ottimi locali lì vicino. Il quartiere è assolutamente tranquillo.

Lo que buscaba

Pros: Los anfitriones super amables, es un apartamento completo muy cómodo, y con aparcamiento en el interior.

Wonderful hosts who made our stay very comfortable in their lovely basement suite apartment.

Pros: The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The space was well appointed and had everything we needed for our one night stay. When I suggested a stool to reach the higher cabinets (I’m short), Susan brought one immediately. Breakfast was delicious and tailored to our varied preferences. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and well situated to quickly get anywhere in North Vancouver as well as close to the second Narrows Bridge to get into Vancouver or out to the valley. There is parking on the property and on the street. We travelled as a family of four adults and we were all impressed!

Cons: Everything was great!
