Winter's Hideaway Suite

Truly a winter's hideaway!

Pros: We loved it, super spacious room, walking distance to all the main attractions. Room is private even though hosts are on site.

Pros: Soft sheets, nice decor, felt like a spa getaway for a few days with bonus features like bath robes and a complimentary bottle of wine

Cons: Would be helpful to have some wall hooks and a landing zone for keys/bags/etc. right at the entry doorway to avoid wet floors and tracking in dirt

Pros: The room was spacious and very modern. Everything was clean and neat. The location was lovely and very convenient. Our favorite was the propane fire pit in the front. Having your coffee there first thing in the morning was an amazing way to start your day!

Top quality accommodation in a lovely coastal setting

Pros: Everything about the suite is top quality, from the superb bathroom (with luxurious toiletries from a local supplier) to the bed linen, the furniture, HD TV & even a propane fire pit (ignites in seconds & heats immediately, perfect for an autumn evening!). Our hosts were very helpful & communication was excellent. Whenever we asked for something (in our case more tea & coffee) they responded immediately. We were able to self cater on two days, using the microwave & the coffee (local supplier, Rhino) was excellent. Location is spot on as well, 15 mins walk to the Aquarium & docks, we were also able to walk to the lighthouse and around the peninsula (5-6 miles) from the property. Tofino is 30 minutes away though several spectacular beaches are nearer.

Cons: Not a thing

It was a really nice place to stay.

Pros: Clean, beautifully decorated and looked after. Lots of thought given to making your stay comfortable. Hosts were friendly and approachable for help when needed.

Cons: It was just great!

Pros: The bed was so comfortable. The room was very spacious and well designed for comfort and relaxation. Tons of amenities like yoga mats and a fire pit.

Cons: Nothing. It was beyond perfect.

Amazing place

Pros: Amazing interior design and location, the hosts were super nice and helpful.

Cons: The lighthouse signal was quite loud at night, so I couldn’t sleep without really good earplugs.

Relaxing, stress free and enjoyable .

Pros: Great location, super friendly hosts, large space, comfortable and clean.

We'd stay there again for sure!

Pros: Everything was amazing! Great room, great location, great host and great communication! The room is inside a modern, newly built house of a family who have their access on the other side. The rental has its very own private outside are including a fire pit and a paring spot. They welcomed us with a complementary bottle of BC wine.

Cons: Absolutely nothing dislike!

Cons: Would have liked a lamp near seats to read by
