Lovely bright apartment in pleasant leafy neighbourhood .

Pros: Lovely bright apartment above the owners home . The beds were very comfy . Extremely well equipped kitchen. Within walking distance ( 10 mins) of restaurants and local shops . Pleasant and very leafy neighbourhood - especially pretty when we visited in autumn when the trees were all turning beautiful shades of red and yellow

Cons: No curtains or blinds to the living room area .

Pros: The location is great: 20 minutes to get to the airport, much less to go and admire wonderful sunset at Jericho Beach or Kitsilano Beach. The house is very very nice and comfortable. The owner is ready to answer to all the needings.

Nice home in a good neighborhood. Note that there are tenants in the basement and you'll hear them.

Pros: Pretty older home, in a good neighborhood. Nicely restored. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are clean and in working order.

Cons: The living room had three large old couches and a piano, all squished together, and no coffee table. The room seemed to be serving as a storage space for the owner's extra furniture. Also, there are tenants living in the basement and they were talking loudly and playing loud music in the evening and into the night. I wasn't expecting that.

Pros: Close to Downtown. Nice and clean. Very supportive property manager. Provides excellent advice on various matters. Fully functional kitchen.

Cons: No washing machine and dryer. Garden needs tidy up.

Beautiful little house great for a family with children

Pros: It was a cute little house. Close to downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Had no trouble finding parking on the street. Nice full kitchen and dining room. Great place to get together and plan our day.Nice comfy couches in the living area.

Cons: We had 5 adults the main bedroom had a comfy bed and lots of room. Second bedroom was a little small for two adults and fifth adult had a futon. FYI no tv.

We had a great experience and sta at the property. just a little too warm, stuffy inside at night :)

Pros: Location was great! Lots of space, liked the patio access. Lots of light! Bright and clean.

Cons: Needs air conditioning or more fans. Got quite warm there. Could use more curtains/blinds. No freezer space to put our food as it had food in it. The toilet in the ensuite bathroom didn't flush without taking toilet tank lid off. Needs to be fixed.

Kitsilano oasis.

Pros: Everything! Beautiful home. Classical decor, spotlessly clean, secluded and private. Exceptionally peaceful setting. Host was communicative and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended to all.
