Home from home property in Vancouver - would definitely recommend.

Pros: Very very cosy, well appointed, host on hand if needed but we were self contained. Lovely little area, quiet and convenient.,

Cons: Nothing.

Will come back when we visit this area

Pros: We had a very nice stay at Sharin’s basement suite in an authentic Kitsilano house which has all the charm from this wonderful neighborhood. The location is excellent, being within walking distance from 4th avenue and W Broadway with all the nice shops and restaurants and Kits Beach. Sharin is a very nice host who responded very swiftly to our questions.

Grest location

Pros: The locstion was excellent 5 mins walk from shops, restaurant, public transport and parks and 10 mi s to beach.

Good clean apartment that was well equipped. We enjoyed it.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, we were visiting family whose apartment was 10 minutes walk away so it was perfect for this.

Cons: The door to the bathroom has a gap that means it isn't as private as it could be.

Loved it

Pros: I highly recommend it. Great location to easily walk to Kits beach and to 4th Avenue shops and cafes. Sharen was very accommodating, helpful and friendly, showing me how to light the fire and bringing me an extra blanket, doing all she could to make sure I was comfortable. Sharen also loaned me a yoga mat when she learned I teach yoga. The bed is so comfortable. I slept really well. Lots of space to move around and so cosy in the evenings after being out all day. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Sharen for your kind hospitality and lovely accommodation that is full of character.

Cons: The building is old and thus some areas that aren’t easy to reach are filled with dusts

Safe, comfortable and cosy

Pros: Very clean and comfortable in safe neighborhood. A good place to relax. Quite central and very quiet. Kitsilano beach is near. Shopping options and public transport very close. The owner is very friendly and open to answer your questions and help if she can. If I visit Vancouver again I would always try to stay there again!

Pros: Charming place, comfortable bed and lots of space to feel free.

Pros: The location is awesome, as there're many buses sent us to DT or Granville island for around 20-30 mins. There's supermarket, post office and a convenience store nearby. (I think we shall only bring clothes and toothbrush to live in....LOL) Sometimes it's too comfortable to leave the house for travel (strong and fast WIFI). BTW, the five-minute walk beach is recently blocked for tree-removing, or the view is fascinating. In the nearby area, there're some cherry blossoms and other flowers, very beautiful.

A lovely two weeks in Kitsilano, would stay again, grateful to Sharin for her welcome.

Pros: The location was in a quiet neighbourhood not far from our daughter’s home. We had everything we needed and we were able to bring our grandchildren over for visits during the day. The fireplace kept the suite warm and cozy during the cool March weather. We were there for 2 weeks so we really appreciated having the washer and dryer right so close at hand.

Cons: The bedding was the only thing that could have been better. Newer linen on the bed would have been nice.
