Green House in Vancouver West

Good place, would stay there again.

Pros: Good location, easy to find and good access to public transit and local stores. The agent was very helpful, and generally the entry instuctions were good. Room was clean and comfortable and had good lighting for reading

Cons: It was not clear to me that the door handle for the room IS the keypad for entry. You have to touch the handle until it lights up - and don't omit the * at the end! Also, there was no spare toilet paper and none appeared the day after I asked for it.

Pros: Big room, comfy bed! Good location, easy to walk everywhere.

Pros: The pictures make it look small when it's massive! So clean and organized! Even has labels! Very quiet and respectful There property is filled with beautiful gardens I think this was my favorite bnb ever

Cons: Screens in the windows would be awesome but I'm not complaining

Okay stay for a short period

Pros: I had a room that I could lock and the place was close to bus stops. The area was peaceful. Kitchen was ok.

Cons: I got a bit cold during night. Also earplugs are a must here. The WC door lock was not working properly: although you can lock the door, you can still open the door if you just push it instead of using the doorknob.

It’s a solid choice for solo travelers or couples looking for a budget stay in a great location.

Pros: I stayed at Green House in Vancouver West and was pleasantly surprised by the value it offers. Located in the peaceful West Point Grey area, it’s close to Jericho Beach, local cafes, and public transit — perfect for exploring Vancouver without the downtown noise. Clean and comfortable rooms with shared bathroom options. Free Wi-Fi Access to a shared kitchen and laundry facilities.

Cons: ⚠️ Things to note: It’s a guesthouse, not a hotel — so expect a more casual, home-like vibe Rooms are in a basement unit with a separate entrance No breakfast or daily housekeeping, but everything is self-service

Small place but good enough for the price

Pros: The room was comfortable even though a little noisy. The common areas were clean

Cons: Only one toilet for all the rooms, still manageable. The lights from the room were a little too intense

Pros: The host was incredibly kind, even though he couldn't speak English. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a bus that takes you directly to downtown, and a 7-Eleven as well as several nice restaurants are located nearby. You couldn't ask for more at this price point. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Pros: Lovely quiet location, a short walk from the beach and most amenities. Room was great. Really appreciated the desk setup as I was working from my laptop.
