Pros: Communication was quick and clear, host is friendly and helpfull. The house was clean and spacious, with lots of rooms; everything we needed was there. The neighbourhood is nice and very quiet.

This property was perfect for our stay, and the host was delightful.

Pros: The house was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is close to a very busy area of the city, we found that it was the quietest place we have ever stayed in Edmonton. Huge bonus for having a garage to park in, no snow on your vehicle.

Cons: Maybe... it would be handy to have a code lock on the back door. This really is the only thing we could think of, not a real concern.

Pros: Location close to mall and tram. I had car so it doesn't matter. Owner(Sonia) was nice ,quick reply for any question. Even she dropped Timbits for kids. Owner provided 4 fans. It was lot more cooler in basement even without ac it was good.

Oh, everything was good value for money.

Pros: There are five bedrooms, so there was plenty of room. The refrigerator worked great and kept all of our food cold. The wash machine and dryer are newer and soap was supplied, so we were able to do our laundry while we stayed. The property is 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall, two minutes from our Tim Hortons. The property is close to a Denny’s and an IHOP for breakfast.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and feel at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Pros: I loved everything about the property, Sonia has a nice big double garage in the back, detached and everything in the house is so perfect and cute.

Cons: Honestly, I can say that there isn’t a single thing that I don’t like about Sonia‘s property. I have not one complaint.
