Pros: Proximity to my desired location (Royal Bay) and the assortment of treats, snacks, and coffee/tea. The kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: This was my first time staying in a lower suite of a house.

We had a great stay, a perfect location for our family reunion. The coastal horned owl was a bonus.

Pros: Lots of room for our family to spread out with good sized bedrooms. Convenient to travel to Victoria and also to the beaches west. Shopping close by (5minute drive)so it was easy to stock up with groceries. More shops, restaurants and a mall 10 minutes away. The host supplied generous amounts of bathroom supplies as well as the use of the BBQ. The host lives upstairs and were very quiet despite having a toddler. I’m sure we were far noisier with an 8 and a 6 year old! We visited Mystic beach (lovely sand), Ironmine Bay Beach, Witty's Lagoon and Sitting Lady Falls as well as some other attractions.

Cons: There were only 4 chairs for the table which is bar height. We were 6 in our party. The host was kind enough to lend us a fold out table to use with the 2 regular height chairs. The kitchen has a lovely coffee maker, however there was a shortage of cutlery and dishes suitable for cooking in the microwave or for storing left overs.

Comfortable and practical!

Pros: Easy access, comfortable beds and nice showers, well-sized kitchen, good washing/drying machines, spacious backyard, good size bbq available, convenient parking, responsive host. Board games available. The minimal decoration made it easy to adapt the space to our needs. Clean!

Cons: As a group that cooks every meal, it would be helpful to have more than one cutting board and a drying mat for hand-washed dishes. I believe a table in the backyard would be a great addition and would likely be highly appreciated by guests!

Prima verblijf

Pros: De ligging is in een woonwijkje, maar dat geeft totaal geen hinder. Herten liepen door de tuin. Goede uitvalsbasis om Victoria en omgeving te verkennen.

Cons: De aankleding binnen de accomodatie is wat sober.

It was a lovely time with family and close to many attractions.

Pros: We enjoyed the amount of space we had. The view and location were beautiful.

Cons: It is a new listing so a few items were missing to make our stay better. But the host was prompt in helping us and receptive and thankful for us letting them know.
